The effects of Climate Change have already impacted the Earth and have become apparent throughout the world. As these effects worsen, these issues will become much more drastic.
Major effects impact poorer countries struggling with food security & civil conflict, as well as small island states. The number of species on Earth will also decrease. Other issues that exist are spread of diseases in Africa, wildfires in North America, and decreased food production in South America. The world is not ready for these changes and we are about to cross a threshold where things will only get worse.
