Joe Sinnott is an executive coach and 15-year oil and gas veteran who helps energy industry leaders regain and sustain success for themselves, their teams, and their organizations. As founder of Witting Partners, Joe provides practical and proven tools to identify and flush away the hidden—and often toxic—barriers that can unwittingly damage long-term performance.
Joe’s unique blend of industry insight, technical know-how, and professional coaching leverages his experience as an offshore field engineer with Schlumberger followed by a number of functionally diverse leadership roles for EQT Corporation as it evolved into America’s largest producer of natural gas.
A 2005 graduate of the University of Notre Dame with a degree in chemical engineering, Joe resides in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania with his wife Becky and their four children.
