This unique recombinatory narrative film, in which no two screenings are exactly alike, follows the stories of six characters living in the future in an environment impacted by hurricanes, flooding, and toxic pollution. The fictional narrative fragments recombine with nonfiction accounts of recent storms including Hurricane Sandy.
