Did you know - Cardboard is one of the easiest-to-recycle materials. The Office of Sustainability will be set up at various collection points across campus to collect your clean, dry cardboard during move-in at the following locations:
Grace Hall
Keenan/O'Neill Halls
Breen Phillips/Farley Halls
Pangborn Hall
Duncan Hall
Office of Sustainability staff will be at each location to answer any questions you may have. Extra bags, containers for cardboard, and box cutters will be available at these locations. Place all other clean and dry recyclables (aluminum and plastic bottles) in clear bags in the recycling container closest to your residence hall. If you have any questions, email the Office of Sustainability.
Fun Fact: Each ton of recycled cardboard saves 700 gallons of water and 46 gallons of oil!
